Privacy policy

For your account data — the people who administer a workspace — Kylip is the controller.

For the participant, lead and attendance data you bring into your workspace, you are the controller and Kylip is your processor, acting on your documented instructions.

Account data: name, email, role, organisation details and billing contact.

Workspace content: leads and their form responses, participants, programs, sessions, materials, session notes, attendance records and — where you enable it — recordings.

Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and session diagnostics used to keep the live room stable.

Recording is off by default and enabled per session by a host. When it is on, every joiner — including guests — sees a consent notice before their camera or microphone is requested.

You are responsible for meeting any additional consent requirements that apply to your industry or region.

We share data with sub-processors that run our infrastructure, media relay, email delivery and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to equivalent protection.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use workspace content to train models.

Workspace content is retained while the workspace is active and for a limited window after cancellation, then deleted.

Individuals may request access, correction, export or deletion. If your data sits inside a customer's workspace, we will route the request to that customer.
