Terms of service

These terms govern access to the Kylip platform, including the organisation dashboard, host portal, participant portal, guest join pages and the live room. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your business.

If you are using Kylip for an employer or client, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for the accounts you create — owners, admins, hosts and participants — and for the content your team uploads or records.

You must have a lawful basis for the participant and lead data you bring into Kylip, and you must honour any consent, recording and retention obligations that apply in your jurisdiction.

Plans are billed per workspace, in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle. Usage limits cover hosts, participants, live participant-minutes and storage.

Exceeding a limit surfaces a warning rather than interrupting a session in progress. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Do not use Kylip to distribute unlawful content, to record people without a lawful basis, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform or another workspace.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or its other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.

We aim for high availability and publish incidents on our status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Support response targets depend on your plan. Enterprise agreements may add a separate service level commitment.

You may cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for material breach after notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

After termination you can export your leads, participants, sessions and attendance records for a limited window before deletion.
