Refund policy
When a Kylip subscription is refundable, and how to ask for one.
1. Free trial first
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a card. We encourage you to run real sessions during the trial so that a paid subscription is never a guess.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate a partial month.
If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the charge in full.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are refundable pro rata within the first 30 days of the term. After that the term runs to its end date and renews only if you leave auto-renewal on.
4. Service issues
If a confirmed platform incident prevented you from running sessions, tell us and we will issue a service credit or a refund covering the affected period.
5. How to request one
Email us from the billing contact on the account with the workspace name and invoice number. We respond within two business days.
